All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Communication was superb from well before we arrived. We were able to store two suitcases for 5 days while we toured Sicily which made our medium sized hire car more manageable for 4 people. Thank you Antoine who assisted so kindly. The charming gentleman on reception in the evening gave us a great suggestion for a nearby family run seafood restaurant and he was nice to talk to (English) when we took the E25 shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was amazing with eggs, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, cappuccino or latte. Many thanks especially to the lovely girl in the breakfast room -so kind and welcoming. The room was absolutely beautiful in traditional style, high ceilings and gorgeous patterned tile floor.

We were a group of 4 in 2 rooms. The rooms were clean & comfortable, with lovely shower rooms. The property was in a Baroque building very conveniently located just off Via Etnea and the junction of Giardino Bellini, within a short stroll down to the Duomo Piazza. There was an excellent choice of breakfast, which was eaten outside on a pretty terrace. Anton on reception, a lovely man, was there to check us in and gave us informative and invaluable information at the time and thereafter. Thank you Anton! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent location in the heart of Catania, close to Villa Benini and the main shopping street. The staff were incredibly friendly and communicative, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could need. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel's Renaissance-style interior was both stylish and comfortable, adding a unique charm. I particularly loved that the rooms had unique names instead of numbers – a delightful touch!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were amazing, especially Antoine, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice start to the day. The only small issue was a leaking shower head, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The property is historical which I love. The room was huge with a modern bathroom. The breakfast in a quiet garden area was continental style but the best was the amazing coffee and the lovely lady who made each order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good for sightseeing and had a fantastic street of restaurants only steps away - a fun area in the evenings.
